"My wife and I have just returned from NZ, having completed a tour organised by J of D called 'Magnificent New Zealand'. This holiday was the best holiday we have ever taken and what made it the best, apart from your wonderful country, was your coach and driver you provided.
Our driver, Daren Mason, has the most amazing personality, wonderful sense of humour, and his knowledge of ever aspect of the wildlife, countryside and general way of life in NZ can only be described as outstanding.
Daren is a wonderful ambassador for your company and your country, and we can only thank you again for making this the best holiday ever. "

I would like therefore to take this opportunity to recognise the personable yet professional service afforded to us by your Driver/Tour Guide Steve on our recent 10 day Value Tour leaving from Christchurch on 2 May and returning on 12 May 2010.
Steve's steady driving mode and interesting commentary made for a relaxing pleasant holiday. The difference between a good tour and a great tour was Steve's dedication to his job - there is a notable difference between someone performing a job and someone doing it with interest and dedication.
Bear in mind on tour your driver is New Zealand's Ambassador and Steve is the Ambassador that makes one want to return and do it all over again."
